Shops usually confirm within minutes. If a request is not answered within 2 hours it expires automatically and you can book elsewhere. You can also message the shop from the booking page.
What is a strike?
Cancelling less than 2 hours before a confirmed appointment, or not showing up, adds a strike. After 3 strikes booking is paused. If you think a strike is unfair, write to us with the booking reference and we will review it.
I run a shop. How do I get listed?
Sign in, open “I run a shop” from your profile and complete the four setup steps. We review new shops within one business day; you may be asked for a business document.
How do I delete my account?
Profile → Delete account. Your profile is anonymised right away and future bookings are cancelled.
